Previously Professor and Director of Cardiovascular Services at St George’s Hospital (London), where he built one of Europe’s leading aortic centers, secured £20M+ in research funding, and authored 500+ peer-reviewed publications.

Veteran healthcare and medical device executive with 35+ years of leadership experience scaling global life sciences companies. Former President of Endologix (NASDAQ), where he led the development and commercialization of innovative vascular medical devices and helped drive significant global market expansion.

Currently Executive Chairman of Life Seal Vascular, board member of Conavi Medical (TSX), and General Partner at FF20 Ventures and NLP Ventures, investing in early-stage healthcare and medical technology companies.

Professor of Surgery and vascular surgeon at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, specializing in vascular and endovascular surgery and advanced cardiovascular treatments.

Dr. Yamanouchi leads research focused on vascular disease mechanisms, advanced medical devices, and novel biomaterials for vascular repair, and serves as principal investigator on multiple clinical trials. His work has been widely cited in the scientific community, contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular and vascular therapies.

Experienced formulation specialist with extensive hands-on laboratory experience developing and refining nutraceutical and botanical compounds.
